RETURNS + EXCHANGES INFORMATION:
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.
- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.
- Full priced items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional change.
- Gift cards are final sale.
- We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks.
- Purchased without the use of an additional discount or promotion code may be exchanged for a similar item or for ecomm store credit only.
- Purchased with an additional discount or promotion code are a final sale and will not be accepted for return, exchange, or ecomm store credit.
- All purchases from the "FINAL SALE" section of the site are final and will not be accepted for return, exchange or ecomm store credit.
Leather products are guaranteed for one year under normal use. For up to a year from delivery, we will reimburse customers for up to $15 for repairs to leather products for items such as loose stitching. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information.

If there is a problem with a product or an error on your order, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 512.835.4777 and we will assist you. If we’ve sent you the wrong or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.
TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Return/Exchange slips are included with your shipment. Please return this completed form with item(s) you are returning or exchanging. Send the items in the original packaging (or a different packaging, as long as it’s unmarked and appropriately sized / protected). We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking as Raven + Lily is not responsible for lost shipments.

Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed by our returns department. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Once the returned item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no cost to you. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. If you request an exchange for an out of stock item, we will issue an ecomm store credit.
